From Raw Ingredients to Finished Beer

Across several exhibition levels, the Brauwelt explains the journey from hops, malt and water to finished beer, complemented by historic brewing equipment and interactive stations. The history comes especially alive during demonstrations such as the traditional barrel tapping, where a wooden cask is opened by hand.
