Frauenmuseum Hittisau: A Unique Look at Women's History

In the village of Hittisau in the Bregenzerwald, the Frauenmuseum Hittisau stands as Austria's only museum of its kind dedicated to the social and cultural history of women. Run by an association, the museum grew out of a need to make women's perspectives on culture and history visible.
