The Schneider family runs the house with a blend of easygoing hospitality and understated style. Rather than opulence, Edelweiss favours elegant simplicity, warm wood, open fireplaces and timeless design shape the atmosphere. Rooms and suites are well appointed, many with a balcony and views of the surrounding mountains.

Kitchen and Wine List

The restaurant serves refined Austrian cooking that pairs seasonal regional produce with international experience. The wine list is especially well known, with around 9,000 bottles. To close out the day, the in house Edelweiss Bar is the place for a glass of champagne or an aged whisky after the slopes.

Ski-in, Ski-out and an Alpine Summer

In winter, guests benefit from direct access to more than 300 kilometres of pistes on the Arlberg. In summer, hiking trails, alpine pastures and mountain lakes lie right at the door, giving the house its own rhythm through every season.
