Several small plates sit in the middle of the table, glasses clink softly, conversation grows livelier. At Wildling, an evening often starts exactly like this and quickly settles into a lively, relaxed rhythm.

The kitchen focuses on small dishes made for sharing. Plates travel around the table, everyone tries a bit of everything, and new combinations emerge almost by accident.

Drinks Made In-House

Behind the bar, cocktails are built from house-made bases. Kombucha, vermouth, ginger beer and lemonades are all produced on site and shape many of the drinks. Non-alcoholic pairings are put together with just as much care, accompanying menus as naturally as the classic cocktails do.

The Vaulted Cellar and Evening Events

On warm evenings especially, the concept reveals its particular ease. A get-together starts with a drink and quickly turns into a long evening of shared plates and rotating glasses. Beneath the restaurant lies an atmospheric vaulted cellar built from old Viennese brick, regularly used for events. Formats like "Winzer packen aus" (winemakers unpacked) and "Wild und durstig" (wild and thirsty) bring together food, drink and conversation.
